1. Block

2. Punch

3. Reverse-Shuto

4. Spear-Hand

5. Back-fist  (ki-ai)

6. Palm Heel

7. Uppercut

8. Ridge

9. Shuto

10. Hammer-fist  (ki-ai)

Start in fighting stance with left foot forward.

1. Block

       Left fist touches right shoulder,

       then comes out to a New Age

       INSIDE BLOCK. Fist is nose-level.

2. Punch

       Right hand PUNCH to
       opponent’s nose.  Right

       hand chambers back.

3. Reverse-Shuto

       Left finger tips touch your

       left ear, then comes out to

       a REVERSE-SHUTO strike. 
       Palm faces up.

4. Spear-Hand

       Right hand SPEAR HAND

       to opponent’s neck.

5. Back-fist

       Left fist touches your

       upper chest (center),

       then flips out to a

       BACK-FIST to

       opponent’s nose.  Ki-ai.

6. Palm Heel

       Right hand starts at your

       right shoulder, then does

       a PALM HEEL STRIKE

       to opponent’s nose.

7. Uppercut

       Left fist drops to your

       left lower ribs, then

       does an UPPERCUT

       to opponent’s ribs (center).

8. Ridge

       Right hand starts at your

       mid-chest, then arches to

      a RIDGE to opponent’s

       left temple.  Your palm

       faces down.

9. Shuto  (knifehand strike)

       Left hand starts at your right shoulder,
       then does a SHUTO STRIKE to

       opponent’s neck or bridge of nose.

10. Hammer-fist

         Right hand starts at your ear,

         then comes down to a HAMMER-FIST

         to opponent’s collar bone.  Ki-ai.
